What they got right and wrong

The location is superb, directly connected to a major mall and close to public transport. Staff were helpful and cheerful.

The bathroom cleanliness could use improvement, and the check-in time is later than ideal.

Staff were very polite and you were made to feel very welcome. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Free fruit bowl & water in the room. Would definitely stay again.

A wider variety of dining options would be nice.

Location to shops and the very social and friendly staff,excellent staff at all levels. Ken, Keith,Calvin,Flora and Trixie and other staff were truly wonderful and made our stay that much better than other Hotels that we have stayed in,I would gladly recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a confident and relaxing stay.

location is the most advantage & now renovation.

Unfortunately, during my stay, they have been renovated, so the smell and noise are quite making uncomfortable, especially the painting smell.

Family with children will love it

I mean, they hooked us up with a suite that was bigger than my own apartment. The staff was real helpful too, even brought us extra supplies when we needed them.

Sure, it wasn't exactly on the cheap side but worth it for the comfort.

Pleasant staff and surroudings

Great location, within the Harbour City shopping centre and next to the ferry terminal to Macau. Walking distance to Star Ferry terminal and avenue of stars. opposite Kowloon Park, easy walk to MTR station. Rooms were great - we upgraded to a suite to get the early checkin and late check out with 2 breakfasts included. Breakfast each morning was great with western as well as asian choices. All the staff were very polite and helpful. I would definately stay there again. Only hotel that had 2 double beds in the room.

Nothing to dislike about it.

I encountered several issues that left me disappointed. The mattress felt old and uncomfortable, which significantly affected my sleep quality. The lack of proper lighting in the room made it quite dark and unwelcoming. Finally, I was frustrated by the hotel's breakfast offerings. They weren't excellent at all for the price charged.

Would recommend for a weekend stopover

Comfortable room, great amenities, with excellent breakfast options that include both Western and Chinese selections, and located conveniently near the ferry terminal for easy city exploration.

Nothing, everything was great.

We had a 3-month old and the staff were great with accommodating us - baby bath, cot, and extra bottled water.

The hotel was EXCEPTIONAL and modern with ideal location adjacent to malls, and public transportation and various programs/activities and Close to ferries. Very efficient service, as the staff were very professional. Really enjoyed staying there, I recommend the property.

Great central location and super nice team.

Strategic location, friendly atmosphere, comfortable, free wifi and everything works inside the room. The room is tidy, clean and cozy.

Small and at times, noisy reception. Too many mainland Chinese guests having loud conversation during breakfast affecting the ambient atmosphere of the restaurant. No porters to assist in the baggages when airport express shuttle bus arrived at the hotel. The spot where airport express bus stopped is secluded, not near and not sheltered from the rain.
